Where Fiction and Reality Mingle

After that previous post about 24 hours at Lir, let me be your virtual tour-guide around my little hideaway.. 

So, welcome to Lir.. 

Please use the front door at your right side to enter the shop, we'd really appreciate it if you don't just jump over the fence to reach the restaurant area (which, believe it or not, many people does! hahaha.. maybe I need to put up some sign)..

*Reading Room*

As you enter the front door, you'll find the reading room. You can read those books on the shelves for free in this room.. this is also the place where clubs and workshops are held..

..that door on the left side is for you who'd like to dine in our mini restaurant where menus are made straight from the storybooks.. 

Follow the dine-and-drink sign to enter the restaurant area, and enjoy your  Butterbeer or fresh Ginger Ale over a Topsy Turvy and Sandwich..

*The Shop*

If you opt to go to the shop first, please take the door right in front of the entrance and you'll find a curiosity shop, Summer and Spring boutique, and a micro art space.. 

In the shop you'll find anything handmade by Indonesian crafters, books, magazines, and antiquities for sale..feel free to take a look around..

*Summer and Spring*

Alright, Ladies.. so this is the Summer and Spring Boutique..which, sadly, will no longer be a part of Lir Shop by the beginning of this May. Yet, it will be transformed into an office/ studio/ workshop and clubs room very soon.. Meanwhile, feel free to browse (and drool)..

Hey.. let me introduce you to everybody!

*Tam Tam*

Ah! 

Don't be superstitious if you meet this black cat with white 'socks'.. Meaning that you've met our other member of the family.. he's very friendly and he brings good luck, don't worry.. his name is Tam Tam. 

Please don't mind his arrogance.. he's just being himself: a seriously tasteful cat. He is actually the neighbor's cat who seem to find his second home at Lir. Soon he become so iconic so that everybody who often visit Lir would miss him when he's out of sight..

(just look at his collar bell!! cuteness..)
